If you can't run the race, help us "run" the race!

We need volunteers on the day of the Urban Runoff and Green Neighbor Family Fest to assist with registration and check-in, course flagging, water stations, waste and recycling, and other tasks. Everyone who volunteers will receive a free shirt (not to mention our undying love and affection)!

The following volunteer jobs are available:

Bike valet attendant (morning or afternoon)
Shifts: 7:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Description: Supervise bike valet area

Parking guides
Shift: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Description: Direct participants to designated parking locations, monitor VIP parking area to ensure only those with a VIP parking pass are in the lot.

Course flaggers
Shift: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Description: Direct runners on the race course, stop traffic at intersections as runners approach.

Finish chute support
Shift: 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Description: Guide runners into finish chute, assist with electronic timing device removal.

Post-race food table support
Shift: 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Description: Set up and supervise food provided for participants following the race.

Composting Crew
Shift: 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Description: Instruct visitors to sort their waste items into composting, recycling, and trash receptacles. 

Festival area support & break-down
Shift: 12:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Description: Provide support to festival participants; assist with break-down of festival area after event.
